1 team starts with 4 yellow cones the other with 4 red cones and the line up about 30 yards away from a 4x4 grid of cones Aim of the game is to connect. First player goes from both teams and places one cone over another in the grid, sprints back and the second player goes but only after the first has returned. They do this until all 4 of their coloured cones are on the grid. once all cones are out there repeat the run move one cone at a time until they connect 4. First time to do so wins
