Practice Organisation:
*20x20yd area marked out by 4 mini goals.
*Players split into equal teams each with a ball either end of area, as illustrated.
*1 x 5yd gate either side of mannequin.
*Practice starts with: first player dribbles towards mannequin, both players perform a right drag push and go to the right through the side gate.
*Both players finish in goal.
*As soon as players have shot next players go.
*Go both left and right using a variety of skill/tricks/feints.
*Practice is continuous.
Learning Objectives:
1. Accelerate away quickly.
2. Correct technique.
3. Use arm to keep body between ball and defender.
4. Safe side.
5. Timing of trick/skill/feint (distance from mannequin).
