Breaking lines: build up, construction, final third

Primary focus:

Find the pass through the lines to play inside and thenprogress to the outside, keep possession and play short to attract the opponent and then look for the t player farther away.

Organization/Area Size:

70m x 45 m
There are 2 teams of 11 players each, including goalkeeper. The field is divided into 3 zones, zone 1 that it is the build up area, zone 2 the construction zone and final third is the zone 3.

The blue team have possession and its structure is 1-4-3-3 and the white team is doing high pressure with the structure of 1-4-4-2. After each rep teams switch roles.

Timing:
Play 4x3 minute periods with 1 minute break between each repetition.

Explanation:

In Zone 1, the ball is released with 5 players plus the goalkeeper against 2 forwards. Here, the goal is to make passes and beat the opponents line (forwards) since there are more players in possession.

Playing through lines the blue team could get into zone 2 which is the area of construction and circulation of the ball. Here, the players must try to play easy and be aware of the pressure since It's the 

busiest area of ​​the field, and it's very dangerous if the ball is lost there due to the opponent's superiority. Once the ball move around and the blue team break the lines passing through zone 3, where is the 

final third and here is important to have options, intelligent runs to play over with the attackers.While the attacking team is in the final third, they must look for ways to score a goal, with walls, playing behind 

the defenders or shooting from outside the area.
