  • 3v3 + 2 Neutral Wingers + GKs.
  • Players locked into their zones
  • Can score from anywhere (wingers cannot score from wide)
  • GK cannot go directly wide
  • Encourage ball to go wide. Extra goal if scored from a cross from wide channels
  • Opposite winger can come inside to get on end of cross
  • One player from defensive half can enter attacking half
  • Progression 1 : extra goal if winger/fb or attackers can get into half space (HS) and cross for a goal. Allow wingers/fb to come out of wide channel.
  • Progression 2 : Allow rotation of players into wide areas
