- 3v3 + 2 Neutral Wingers + GKs.
- Players locked into their zones
- Can score from anywhere (wingers cannot score from wide)
- GK cannot go directly wide
- Encourage ball to go wide. Extra goal if scored from a cross from wide channels
- Opposite winger can come inside to get on end of cross
- One player from defensive half can enter attacking half
- Progression 1 : extra goal if winger/fb or attackers can get into half space (HS) and cross for a goal. Allow wingers/fb to come out of wide channel.
- Progression 2 : Allow rotation of players into wide areas
