On command from coach, the goalkeeper will progress though the cones in a forward direction using ''quick feet''. Goalkeeper will then set for the volley. After the volley the goalkeeper will back pedal to the first blue cone and sidestep through the cones 2 feet in each. Once the goalkeeper has completed this a light jog to the start.
Once the keeper is compitent and you feel they can progress the keeper will still fast feet forward
through part 1, set and save, sidestep down 2 and then finally sidestep down 3

Again after the cones they will hurdle x2. Goalkeeper will then set for the volley. After the volley the goalkeeper will back pedal to the first blue cone and sidestep through the cones 2 feet in each. Once the goalkeeper has completed this a light jog to the start.
