This is a One-hour game-based session plan. The session aims to provide opportunities for players to practice Shooting at goal and teamwork to move the ball when attacking
The session starts with an arrival activity, so the players can get going while waiting for other players and coaches to set up the session. The session includes:

Arrival Activity (10 mins)
A minimum of 2 players is needed to get going. As players arrive, they put down their water bottle, coaches provide them a pinnie, and they start playing. As other players arrive, increase the game to 2v2s, 3v3s. Overloads 3v2 are ok. In the beginning, place two nets down for the game field. As the players are playing, walk around to complete the area set up with cones.
Setup
1 x 25/35yrds field and 2 nets on each end. It is ok to start with a smaller field and make it bigger as the players arrive.

Shooting competition (20 mins)
Players dribble up to the cone and perform a move. After they pass the cone, they must shoot before the line. Encourage players to have a shot quickly after passing the cone in a continuous motion without stopping.
Both lines go at the same time. After the shot, the player gets the ball and go back in their lines.
Put both goals together to make it a bigger net.
Encourage players to use both feet.
Progression
Add cones to the corners of the "bigger net", if the ball hits the cones, it is worth two points.

Players are introduced to placing the ball in a good position for a shot (diagonally in front of them)
Players practice to shoot with aim

2v2 to the (20 mins)
Players play a 2v2.
The defenders pass the ball to the attackers that control the ball and go on a 2v2 to the bigger nets.
Defenders try to dribble out of the field for a point when they recover the ball.
Put both goals together to make it a bigger net.
Encourage players to use both feet.
Setup
Nets at a end of the field where there is fence behind to help stop the ball
Have the defenders on both sides of the nets and the attackers starting on half way your field size.

Final Game (20 Mins)
2 x Teams, 3v3/4v4/5v5 or adapt based on numbers.
If numbers are high, try to create two games of 3v3 or 4v4
Normal game, no coaching points or stoppages. If coaching is required limit information and allows for lots of ball rolling time
Team Points
Extra bonus points for attacking skills or good defending
Setup
1 x 25/35yrds field. 2 x goal either end. Normal game setup (Adjust for fewer players)
Objectives
Players are encouraged to use attacking skills even when unsuccessful the previous time
Players are encouraged to defend by trying to win the ball

The main field setup is a 25/35yrds field which will be used for the final game. Each other activity and game can be set up within this area with minimal cones required. When moving from one activity/game to the next, moving goals and some cones are required.
