Organization:
- Players split into two teams.
- Partner up with a player from the opposite team.
- Ball per pair.
Instructions:
- Players pass and move around area. On coaches call of "GO" player in possession looks to dribble the ball through any of the four gates positioned in the corners of the area. 1 point awarded to attacker for successful dribble through.
- Partner without the ball looks to deny attacker by either knocking the ball out of area (1 point) or dispossessing and dribbling through a different gate (5 points).
- Play 90 second rounds. Challenge players to beat their previous scores.
- Rotate players as necessary to ensure appropriate challange for all.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Close down the attackers space as quickly as possible, slowing down on approach.
- Side on position to attacker, try to force them away from gates.
- "What clues allow you to make an attempt to steal the ball?" - Pull from group.
- Poke tackle - using the foot closest to the ball, lock ankle, weight on backfoot to push you forward.
- Block tackle - use inside of the foot, toe pointed up, lock ankle.
Regressions/Progressions:
P - Players create their own trigger. Example - 5 passes before ball is live.

Progressions:
- Play now starts with the partners facing off against each other across the area. Ball is live on attackers first touch, and they look to score in either of the gates on defenders side of the area.
- Same scoring system as before.
- Players rotate roles after each round.

Progressions:
- Same set up as Progression 1.
- After a pairings ball is out of play, they can assist with a different group in the same role. For example; once group A's ball is out, the attacker will assist the attacker of group B to score through a gate, while the defender will partner with the defender of group B.

Organization:
- 3 teams of 2.
- Multiple fields if numbers allow.
- Mini goals.
Instructions:
- 2v2 on the field, with 3rd team positioned on the outside (1 player per side).
- Each player is paired up with a direct opponent on the opposite team. Players can only steal the ball from their direct opponent.
- Ball restarts from sideline players.
- Play 2 min rounds then rotate sideline team.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- "What is your trigger to put pressure on your opponent?"

P - Side player can join in attack after receiving pass.
P- Double points awarded if defenders steal ball in opponents half of the field and score.

- 3v3 scrimmage
- Second field set up depending on numbers available.
- Mini goals.
Instructions:
- Rotate teams after 5 mins if operating with multiple fields.
- Pass in on restarts.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Utilize sidelines as extra defender.
- Get close enough to prevent attacker from playing.
- "Once you've won the ball, what's your next move?" Awareness of surroundings.

Introduction (10 mins)
Organization:
- Two zones, one slightly smaller than the other.
- Ball each.
Instructions:
- All players start activies in Field 1 , dribbling their own ball and maintaining close control.
- Players are challenged to keep possession of their own ball, while trying to "knock-out" another players ball from Field 1. If a players ball is knocked out, they collect it and start a second competition in Field 2. Again, if a player is knocked out of Field 2, they then return to FIeld 1.
- Each time a player is knocked out a space they add one point. The player w/the least amount of points at the end of the game is the winner, like golf low score wins.
- 2 min games.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Head up, awareness of targets around you.
- Small touches, protect your ball.
