35mx35m area. 2 goals 15m apart, balls placed at end. 2 teams of 6 in different coloured bibs. 

Explanation:

Ball starts from either end. Attacking team works to score in the opposite two small goals, BPO team looks to win ball and score at other end.

Organisation:

35mx35m area centrally, 10 by 15 wide channels. 3 goals spread across end zones, balls placed at end. 2 teams of 6 in different coloured bibs. 

Explanation:

Ball starts from either end. Attacking team works to score in the opposite two small goals, BPO team looks to win ball and score at other end.

Defending players must remain in the central area until the ball is wide.

So Change It:

Remove wide goals. 2 attacking players allowed out wide, and only 1 defender. Try progress the ball wide before bringing it back central.

Team Task:

Can we build up down one wide channel before switching the point of attack.
