Crossing and Finishing Patterns
Player 2 starts the practice by passing the ball into player #6 who opens up to play wide into player #11.
Player 11 then drive down the line before providing a cross for the #9, #10 and #7 to attack and finish.
Players follow their pass to the next position 2 - 6 - 11 - 10 - 9 - 7 - 2.
Switch the start point to the opposite side to get service and crosses from both sides of the pitch.

Skill Phase
The Red player next to the goal starts the game by dribbling out into a 3v2 situation. Both wide players provide support to the central player and look to make attacking runs off the ball to receive it and score. The Attacking team should look to create a goal scoring opportunity quickly with the overload. If the blues win the ball they look to counter attack to the opposite end. Each team gets 1 point if they are successful. Once the attack is over start a new attack from the opposite side and the other 2 blue defenders must defend their goal in a 3v2.
