1. 2 players attack the goal while 1 defender tries to prevent the goal
Offensive player: attack and engage the defender, either beat them 1v1 or make the pass to the OPEN player
Defensive player: try to prevent the goal, if they win the ball play the ball to coach

3v3 with 2 players as neutrals that go with whoever is on offense.
Offense: spread the ball and the field to create passing lanes
Defense: Stay compact and deny the easy goal

Score points by passing the ball into the endzone and the attacking team receiving it inside the shaded portion.
Rules:
No one can enter the "end zone" before the ball
