Shooting carousel.
1 attacks red cone, feints/skill to the side and then sets to shoot
1 then holds position on edge of penalty box to receive pass from 2 and sets to shoot
1 then turns and receives a pass from 3 then returns into path for 3 to set and shoot
3 then turns and receives a pass from 4 then returns wide into path of 4 with 1 and 3 looking to be available centrally for the cross and finish.
Players then rotate around to next position 1>3>4>2>1
GKS rotate every X reps.
After several reps, switch from left to right to right to left rotation to work opposite side/foot.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
After several unopposed shooting reps, add in D as defender for additional challenge
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Shot conversion rate (individual)
Coaching: Steps, footwork. Shape body, eyes to set, connection with the ball. Consider movement to position for pass, set to shoot, evade pressure.

Shooting waterfall.
1 passes across to 2 and moves in for 1v1 with 2 looking to set and shoot on big goal.
3 plays into 2 for 2v1 onto either mini goal
4 plays into 1 for 2v2 onto big goal
5 plays into 2 or 3 for 3v2 onto mini goals
6 plays into 1 or 4 for 3v3 onto big goal
Players rotate positions numerically after each rep.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Adjust starting positions of players and mini goals as desired for varied distances.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Conversion rate. Look to target, set and shoot on goal at earliest opportunity.
Increase tempo and competition progressively ensuring quality and composure first.
Compete red vs blue. Players rotate together after reps to ensure red vs blue match ups.
Coaching: set to shoot, steps, eyes, body shape, connection. Anticipate next pass, consider angle and distance for movement, receiving touch to set.

See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
If available use big goals both ends, if not position mini goals at halfway line to provide multiple shooting target opportunities for team defending big goal.
5-7 min games
Encourage shooting at every opportunity (within reasonable range).
GKs to be integral to build up play.
No corners, ball back to possession GK instead.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Narrow field if necessary to increase rate of shots.
Preference for keeping field open to encourage use of full width of field to create scoring opportunities.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Keep shot tally for both groups: shots taken/on target/scored
Emphasis on creating and taking opportunities.
Coaching: reinforce effective decision making, awareness, steps and touch to set/use of body, shaping and connection with the ball.

Rondo 1v1 to goal (15 mins)
2 red coned areas parallel and in front of the penalty box.
Depending on numbers, create +2 or +3 match ups.
Possession players must connect X passes then Xth receiving player moves outside area towards goal with 1 defender attempting to prevent shot on goal. Once inside penalty box must attempt to score. Use cones as markers for shot placement to corners.
If pressing player wins the ball or ball goes out of play they swap with the possession player responsible.
3 min blocks. Switch players across groups for different match ups.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Option to add GKs: GK 1 plays shots from varied angles/distances on side edge of penalty box to work GK in goal, both keepers keeping an eye on rondos ready to react to a 1v1 with GK in goal moving to attempt to save. Encourages scanning, reactions, shot blocking and 2nd ball. Rotate GK in goal between shots.
Progression 1: If pressing players win the ball they can play into a teammate moving outside the space with 1 red player attempting to defend and prevent a shot on goal.
Progression 2: 2v2 onto goal when either possession team get to X passes or pressing team win the ball.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
How quickly can we create a scoring opportunity?
Be efficient once leaving the possession space to target, set and shoot on goal.
Measure shot conversion rate? Individual
Coaching: steps towards goal, shape body, eyes to set, connection with the ball.
