2+2v3: team with ball tries to score a goal using numerical advantage (the 3 neutrals). Neutrals always helps team with the ball. Neutrals will make the field wide, so the strikers on the field must make it long (depth).
Progression: It might get really easy to score goals, if that's happening, add one more field player for each team, and they will play a 3v3+3.
Time:12-18 min

5v5+3: the game will start with 3 zones on the field, players must play a regular game but can't move from zones. Only players allowed to move through all the zones are the neutrals. Field players, to be able to change for a different zone, must dribble the ball through the line, or find a pass to a team mate and move forward to support that team mate.
The team can't have a lane without players.
Coaching points: dribble to attract; find a pass and support your team mate; striker stays up, don't bring the defense near the play; use wide players to make the field bigger and to take the ball of pressure.

Warm up: In a diamond shape players will pass the ball and follow the pass. Make sure players are keeping their hips open, and they will use the first touch to put the ball into space. "Switch", they will switch their directions (going to the left, and using the left foot to receive the ball). Apply the back foot concept.
