Players split into groups of three with two balls for each group. One player is in the middle. The other two set up at a 90 degree angle as servers. The middle player alternates taking rolling serves and one touch passing back back to the serve. The player alternates left and right foot. Emphasize proper techinique with inside of foot, ankle locked, with toe pointed up. After a minute, rotate to next player. Emphasize form over speed. Encourage building up speed if/when player gets a rhythm.

Traditional possession game. One team plays defense against the other 8. When the defense takes the ball they become offense and the team that made the turnover becomes defense. The offense can only make 3 passes on a half and then it must pass across the cones into the other half. Encourage finding, creating triangles, and using long passes to switch the field quickly.

6v6 with 3 goals on each end. At first require players to stay in their channel so each grid is 2v2. Halfway through drop restirction and allow players to go anywhere. Goals in middle channel are worth 1 pt. Goals on outside channels are worth 2 pts. Goals scored after a switch from outside channel to outside channel are worth 3 pts. Progression-Coaches can jump in and randomly block goals to force players to switch fields.
