Organisation (Practice Layout & Transition)
Set playing area x3 of the number of players (E.g 14 players = playing area of 42 x 42 yards).
Equipment - Footballs, 2 main goals, Bibs, Cones.

Warm Up 2
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions)
3 Cone warm up.
*Jog into first cone and back (second player repeats).
*Jog into second cone and back.
*Dribble into first cone and make 5 yard pass to second player.
*Dribble into first cone, Leave ball sprint to last cone and back to ball, Make a 5 yard pass out to second player.
*Dribble into last cone make 10 yard pass out to second playe

Dribble & Pass
*Split team into 2 groups behind cones
*Place cones in front of them 15/20 yards away
*Play 1 - Blue player dribbles forward as passes to red player and then repeat
*Play 2 - Blue player dribbles forward, Half way performs a forward facing skill, Get to second cone and pass back into Red player & repeat.
*Play 3 - Repeat play 2 but instead of passing into Red player, Pick ball up and bounce into them so they have to control it and move forward.

2v2s*Split team into 2 teams
*Mark out 3 (or more) pitches
*Players to go into 2v2 game, Rotate players for progression
