Directional Possession
Blue tries to get the ball to the target on one side and red to the target at the opposite side.
When target gets the ball he starts playing with opposing team

Coaching Points:
Technical execution, first touch forward, speed in the ball, Check shoulder, Style of run
Tactical Awareness, Not on same line as ball (Angles) Choose appropiate foot based on pressure, Distance of support. If ball carrier under pressure stay closer. If ball carrier has time give distance
Mental Awareness: Communication, Intesity, Regain possession quickly

3 scoring zones
Playing zone ends bottom of Center circle (Not half field for realism)
Instrucions:
Reds look to score by playing targets or receiving a ball in one of three scoring zones
Reds and target players can not be in the same scoring zone (shown by sepetarted line)
Blues regain possession and have 12 sceonds to get a shot away on goal
Coaching Points:
Technical: First touch break pressure, Speed on pass. Type of pass driven, inside etc. Style of run
Tactical: Opposite line of ball, Recognize passing lanes, Opposite side players supporting lanes, Suppriting angles beihind the ball to recycle
,Mental: Communication, Intesity. Transition preparedness. Resiliance (Make a mistake don't shy away from ball)

Warm Up (20 mins)
Instructions:
Recognize pressure and adjust first touch on the pressure.
If pressure comes from the side take your touch in.
If the pressure comes from the inside take touch out.
When the players takes his touch in the player on the side will need to make a run into space
When the player takes his touch out the player on the side will need to ask feet
All the first touches need to be ready to play within the set up boxes/squares
Coaching Points:
Receiving;
1. The ball roles
2. Correct direction
3. Playable
Accelarate with the first touch, fall into the touch, be on your way.
Progressions:
Player that presses can follow and get the ball, by running around the red cone first
