players make run with ball to left, turn closed for shot to left. then they make an outside run around cones and take a central position to receive trainer's flat pass for tip-in scoring. goalkeeper of object to challenge the attacker

Goal:
drag to right/ high sweep scoring
Exercise:
player makes two drags to the right (1&2), then closed turn (3) + acceleration behind cones to finish with a high sweep (4)

Goal:
learn to receive in movement (closed/open) and come in front of your opponent
Exercise:
A plays to B who receives ball in front of cone-gate. same action B-C,and C-D. D finishes and restarts drill.

Goal:
learn to defend low in circle (double setup if +6 players)
Exercise:
Attacker A starts in back of defender B and positions himself in left or right square where he receives pass from C. After receiving he makes outside dribble to goal. B defends around cone. Defender starts when A has controlled ball between cones.

for attacker: get something, but play fast (don't slow down too much)
for defender: channel & jab, don't step in too early

Goal:
play 3v1 for lower teams (learn to make width and depth) + communication between players
Exercise:
3 players start in central square, one of them receives the ball from Trainer. They run to outside and try to pass defender A. When they have brought ball in the dotted circle zone: free hit @ goal.
Rotation:
fix defdenders, change after x minutes
Variations:
bring second defender to make 3v2 (advanced level)

Goal:
learn players to push the ball (direction/speed) and receiving
Exercise:
"silent" passing: players push/drag the ball to eachother. The pushing/dragging and the receiving are executed with as less sound as possible. Players have to move bodyweight and stick with ball to avoid hard ball/stick contact.
