Organization:
11v11, full pitch. Each team is set in a 4-3-3 formation (one #6)
Instructions:
One team is trying to win the ball high up the field with a press or prevent the opposition from building out of their half (mid block), the other is tasked with building out successfully based off the opposition's tactics (press or mid block)
Coaching Points:
* Decision making based on opposition tactics
* Spreading out and creating diagonal passing lines
* Peeling off defenders with a change of direction and speed to open passing options
* Mobility and off the ball movement to create multiple options to build out
* Pateince in finding correct decisions
* Switching the point of attack when ball is played backwards to support players

Conditioned game 3v2 (20 mins)
Organization:
as shown, Area is 44x36. Start with 3v2, increase to 3v4 or 4v4 (add a #10) if needed.
2x4 minute games, switch roles each game.
Instructions:
Players must overlap at least once before scoring.
Attacking team`s player that lost the ball has to defend 1v2 the other 2 teammates are out of the game
Defenders (blue) only one transition moment (after they take a shot game is over). If defending keeper makes a save, it allows transition to counter attack.
Coaching Points:
* Mobility to support off the ball
* Timing of runs to support the ball
* Urgency to win back the ball and quickly transition
* Movement off the ball based on player in possession's position to create space and peel off defenders
* Timing of decisions
* Ruthlessness in front of goal
