Organisation:
Starting from GK; GK protects top of 6 yard box and front post.
Back post defender protects any through balls from corner and ultimately stops goals coming from back post areas.
Three players protecting 6 yard box; one protects front post zone area, 1 protects middle of goal zone area and the last protects back post zoned area.
The two players in front of the 3 zoned goal markers; both of those players block off runners trying to attack the ball from the corner.
Penalty spot man; clears danger and looking to transition with the 3 players at the top.
Three players are a the top of the pitch just inside own half waiting a ball to be cleared and then transition to attack at goal and the idea is the defending team leaves 4 back for that transition to occur.
