Organization:
6 pairs of players with a ball.
6 1 yard passing gates, with a ball on top of each cone.
Instructions:
Players must pass the ball thru the gate without knocking the ball of the cone.
Coaching Points:
Open hip.
Anckle lock toes up..
Toe of supporting foot pointing to target.
Heads up.
Go thru the ball, land on passing foot.
Progressions:
Make it a game:
1. first team to 100 passes( left/right foot)
2. Against time(how many in 1 minutes)
3. Moving gate to gate.

30x 30 area.
2 team of 6 players.
One ball (extra around).
Instructions:
Players passes ball around using hands, allowed only 3 step with the ball, cannot pass ball over defender. Get a point for every 5 passes.
Coaching Points:
Angle of support.
Heads up for quick pass.
Move right away after pass to become available again.
Pass the ball and look for space to receive again.
Progressions:
Decrease space.
Amount of step with the ball.
Make the game directional then to goals.

One tagger.
Instructions:
Players passes ball around by pair, allowed only 3 touches, tagger must knock ball out of the area.
If ball knocked out they become tagger.
Coaching Points:
Angle of support.
Weight of the pass.
First touch away from pressure.
Pass the ball and look for space to receive again.
Progressions:
Decrease space.
Amount on touch of the ball.
