All players follow their pass and join the back of the next line.
Player B checks around the mannequin and then past the pole to receive the pass from Palyer A. He plays a give and go with Player C who has checked around the mannequin. Player B then passes to Player D who has checked to the pole and then lays it off for Player C. Player C plays a through ball to Player D who has now completed his run around the mannequin, and now dribbles to the back of Line A.

Team can only score by playing a give and go with a wide neutral player around a defender. If this is too difficult then change the rules to award 2 goals for scoring this way and 1 goal for a regular goal.
4 minute games, switch the neutral team.
Encourage the neutral players to move within the coned space in order to create better passing angles.

Description
Player A around the cone towards Player B. Player B passes and checks to the other side of the cone. As the pass comes in, Player A moves to meet it at the red disk. After returning the pass (with one touch) Player A then runs around the central cone to repeat the pattern with Player C.
Work for 1 minute and then switch roles. Alternatively if there are big numbers, have a player either side of the cone at B and C and remove the idea of checking around the defender.
Coaching Points
- Quick feet to get around cone
- Good supporting movements
- Passing has to be perfect accuracy and weight
- 1 touch
- High speed
