Setup: Big enough box to support players. More players on outside than each team has inside (picture shows 8 outside neutrals; each team has 5 central). Players on outside all hold two cones in hands. One color cone to match each team. Half the players on outside have orange cones on top; half start with blue cones on top.
Game: Every time a player plays a ball to an outside player, the outside player must flip their cone to the other color. Outside players still play with the team that passed to them (not which cone is showing.) One team wins when all of the cones on the outside show their team color.
Coaching: Don't try to score every time; play possession until opportunity presents itself. Scan all the time; plan before ball arrives. Where do we need to get ball? Defense press together to win ball.

Setup: two teams lined up diagonally from each other.
GAME: Blue is defending first. They send a ball into a checking orange runner. No one can move and pass is not made until the orange player starts checking. All 4 players begin play as soon as ball is in play.
Receiving orange player may turn or combine with oncoming orange player. (simulates back to goal decision making.)
AFter 5 minutes, teams switch roles
Coaching: Scan plan and play. Shoulder check on run in to make decision ahead of time. What is ball doing? Decision is based on defender and ball. Then plan quick and score.
