1v1 attacking/defending (15)
Players must dribble the ball over the end line to score.
Use feints and tricks to go past opponent and RWTB when the space opens up.
Players must look to be brave on the ball, use skills to take players on and react quickly and positively if they lose the ball.
Players must defend with a good body shape and not dive in, they must react quickly and positively if they get beaten.
Recover and work hard until the goal has been scored.

Gates game
1. In order to score the ball must go through a gate.
2. In order to score the ball must go through one of the wide gates.
3. The ball or the player can go through the gate.
If the ball is won in the attacking half the team can go and score without going through the gates.

Possession and swithcing play (20)
- The team on the outside must look to keep the ball by recycling possession and score by shooting into the GKs hands.
- The team on the inside must defend the GK and look to score in the outside goals.
- If the outside team score into the GK's hands they swap and defend the GK.
- The GK must throw the ball into a goal and the team that goes to the outside can try to block the throw, they then look to score into the GK.
