Exercise 2
Goalkeeper receives volley from closest server, they over-arm throw ball to receiver
Receiver serves the ball back to the GK who then under arm rolls the ball to closest server
Repeat 3 x each side

This initiates movement from "defender"
GK Volleys the ball to teammate who is free

Ball is clipped into goalkeepers hands who must distribute from haves with either a volley or throw to wide players or opposite GK.
