Part 2
Same set up as Part 1 but this time if a team scores they retain possession but are then attacking the opposite goal.
Can the attacking team organise themselves to attack the opposite goal they have just scored in?
Can the defending team organise themselves to defend the following attack?
Play 3 minute rotations.
The team that concedes the goal can win the ball and score on the next possession.
Server plays in all ball.
GK can be utilised by the team attacking the small goals.

2v2+GK
Once central goal and 2 mini goals on half way line.
1) Blues attacking central goal
2) Reds attacking 2 mini goals and have GK to protect their big goal.
3) Each team has 3 minutes to attack their respective goal before swapping over
4) Server plays into reds which can include GK. If Reds score they retain possession but need to retreat back to the green line (1) before the ball can be played in. Speed of retreat is vital.
5) Purple team can recover the ball and score in the large goal.
6) If the ball goes out of play, server plays a ball into the team that would have possession on the kick in.
7) Can players recover quickly to either attack or defend
Play 2 rotations each.
