1v1 transitions. One player has the ball and the moment he runs into the box he starts to be defended by a defender who runs out from the other crowd to face him.
He tries to finish within two goals see video. If the defender gets the ball, he finishes in the other two goals. After the drop the league runs over to the other side and whoever didn't have the ball before starts with the ball. The other side starts the same.
Focus the same as with dribbling. Change of direction - decision making with the ball.

Coach throws a long pass. The blue team is trying to get past two players from a difficult position and finish in the coach's goal. The other team tries to create pressure and get the ball and finish in the red goal. After the drop, everyone goes to the same spot. After 10 minutes the coach reverses the roles (positions).

Target - lots of repetition, quality of change of direction and fake move
Make space see picture.
FIRST PART - two players from the red team run towards each other and try to make a deceptive move to one side and dribble the ball to the other and run to the end of the line. A pair from the blue team ' immediately does the same.
Repeat the action like this for 3-4 minutes and then change the side of the ball dribling.
The second part is just changing dribl the ball. You start with the goal line, which you run through and perform the same movement.
