Instructions:
1. Players drible towards red cones make the outside cut turn drible to the ouside cone and execute the turn and move on to the right.

1. 20 x 30 yard area setup as show n
2. 10 players setup as show n
3. 2 balls (A dditionalatstarting position)
Instructions:
1. Two players from opposite sides ofthe area dribble to the tall cone,turn and then shoot
2. As soon as the shot is taken players from the other two corners set off
3. The players that have taken their shot move to fill the open corner and wait for their next turn
4. Coach can change the direction ofthe dribble and turning technique to challenge players further
5. Play for a set time limit
Coaching Points:
1. Controlled approach
2. Quick turning action
3. Use nearest foot and surface to go into attacking space quickly
4. Change of speed after turn to get onto the ball quickly
5. Head up after turn to observe the goal

1. P – A dd goalkeepers
2. P – C hange central m arker so thatplayers dribble behind each other and then turn to shootatgoal
3. P – C entralm arker is changed for a passive defender

Instructions:
1. Players have to score in regular fashion
2. A tackers have to enter the center area with a dribble or a pass in order to score
3. Once in the center area,the attacker has the option to score in either goal
4. If the defending team wins the ball in the center area they can score in either goal
5. Ift he defending team wins the ball they then have to enter the center area before they can attack
6. If the ball leaves the area the game is re-started with regular rules

1. Controlled approach
2. Appropriate turn to protector change direction
3. Bend the knees to create a platform to accelerate
4. Turn into space
5. Take away with the nearest footand surface
6. Head up after turning for nextaction
