Possession/Dribbling Game (15 min)
Set Up: Blues try to pass across the field and link up with team mate who checks of the mannaquin to receive. Once they have played into a mannaquin player he then plays into the grid and joins the attack. The original passer takes his place at the mannaquin and must stay touch tight until he is about to receive a pass. If the attacking team can now pass uniterupted to the player on the far mannaquin they get a point. If reds intercept/tackle they then try to pass into their mannaquin players.
Coaching points:
1. Weight of pass
2. Receive on the half turn if possible
3. Scan forward (prior to receiving and passing)
4. Play quickly where possible
