1) zig-zag facing forward
2)zig-zag facing backward
3)zig-zag sideway ( switch sides)
4)one knee up
5)two in, two out.
6) jumping with 1 foot, then switching the next round with the other one.
7)jumping with both feet together.
Then at the end of the station, the coach will make a pass and the player must stop the ball and score a goal.
If the ball does not go inside of the goal the player must retrieve the ball to the coach.
VARIATION: Add the ball for the entire exercise.

Definition drill
I will divide the team into groups of 3 to do a 3v3 one-minute game. The team that scores stays the other one is out.
On the side, I will have the other team do the coordination + definition exercise.
EVERYONE MUST BE ACTIVE, NO ONE SHOULD BE SITTING DOWN.

Maybe we can play against the boys again. I will ask my player if they want to try it again and maybe do it every Wednesday to get more confident inside of the field as a team.

EXERCISE 1
With 2 balls dribble to the cone, make a pass, and turn around to receive the pass again. Do 5 reps then add different instructions such as:
- once they are halfway stop the ball with the sole and keep going.
-once they are halfway do "scissors".
-once they are halfway do a "lunge" to one side and go opposite.
-among others
EXERCISE 2:
Dribble the ball to the middle and act as if the pole was a defender, trick him and pick a goal to score.
