Players pass and follow (approx 10 yards apart) - 2 touch
Coaching Points:
- Recieve with back foot (ball travels acros body)
- Call out players name before passing
- Preferably pass with opposite foot
- Follow pass
- Focus on getting body into position and THEN receiving ball facing field (with back foot)

Attacking players may move "on their line" between cones, outside of square
Players should receive ball with back foot and "face" defenders and square to keep all options available
Defending players may close down anywhere including outside square
Rotate defenders approx every 1-2 minutes
Coaching Points:
- Receiving player's body position and first touch when receiving the ball
- Attacking player's "facing the field" rather than facing where they are passing the ball

7v7 (or similar) game.
Players MUST look forward towards the goal they are attacking when receiving the ball. If not free kick to opposite team

Players pass & follow approx 10 yards
2 touch - inside/inside (different feet), 3 touches - inside/inside/inside (change feet with each touch)
2 touch - inside/ouside (same foot), outside/outside (different feet) etc
Focus in receiving touch away from pressure & NOT straight back in the direction where it came from.
Dynamic stretching as required
Coaching Points:
- 1st touch DOES NOT go back in the direction it came from
- Body faces upfield, not the same direction as 1st touch
- Control top half of ball, so that ball stays on the ground
