SET UP:
Players with a ball each in-between 2 cones,Cones are 3 yards apart.
ACTION:Coach shows the players a ball mastery skill and the players practice this between their cones
1 Do as many contacts as they can in 30 or 40 seconds.knees slightly bent over the ball,moving sideways backwards,forwards,spin 180-360
2. Turn 90 degrees pulling with the sole and taking with the inside of the same foot. (both ways)
3. Tap behind the standing leg and turn 90 degrees.(both ways)
4 slides
4. Step over stationary practice both feet
5.Step over and slide 90 degree turn
6. pull push outside foot touch, touch to opposite cone
Adjust to level and make competitive!
TIPS:
Keep your head up as much as possible for game awareness, technique over speed, light on the feet skipping motions

Players 2 runs out to defend player 1
Player 1 must use fakes/turns to beat player 2 and score in any of the three goals (left, right, far)
Player 2 can score in opposite goal IF they win the ball
Player switches line and repeats

Instructions
As players arrive they are greeted by the coach and given a ball. As soon as there are two players they are put into a 1v1 game. As more players arrive they join into the game. Emphasize dribbling, turns and taking space. -2 touch minimum per player.
