Method:3v3 in the middle, with an extra 2 men per team on the outside diagonal from each other. Aim is to build the play and get the ball from one end of the zone to the other as quickly/effecticely as possible. If done successfully, when man at the cone receives the ball, he can come into play with the ball and a team mate takes his place, or he can keep the ball moving and decide not to come into play.
Coaching Points: decision making - when to pass/dribble, communication , angles to receive/support, quality of passing, creation of passing lanes, patient in build up - recycle, make forward runs.

Aim is to build the attack patiently and look to take advantage of 1v1 situations or create overloads in attacking areas of the pitch. Recycle play if needed to go out the other side quickly and stretch opposition.
Coaching Points: width and depth in possession, patience in possession - when to keep ball moving, when to recycle. forward runs/movements to receive - runs in behind from wide man can stretch opposition defence. Combination play - wall pass, overlaps, takeovers etc

Method: 4v2 rondo to begin, if middle 2 win the ball back, they look to transition quickly to get out of the grid. Aim is for team in possession to stretch the defenders, and once everyone has had at least one pass, an attacker can look to dribble ball into small goal - defenders can react to stop this.
Coaching Points: fast speed of play, angles to receive, communication, quality of pass, decision making, open body shape to receive and dribble to goal.
