3v2 to Goal (30 mins)

Set-Up/Rules:

  • 28x45 with the grid funneling towards the goal as shown 
  • The team defending sends out starts play by driving the ball out to the attacking team and sending two defenders, the attacking team sends out three
  • The attacking tries to score as many goals as they can and the defending team can score if they win possession and go to the counter goals in 4 seconds or less 

Intervals:

  • 6 x 3:00 (1:00 rest)
