Teams A and C are working together.
Team B are defending.
Team A passes the ball around their area keeping possession away from the two defending players.
When 5 or more passes have been made they are able to switch possession to Team C via a Lofted Pass, which should be accurate and not bounce in between the grids.
Once the ball has reached Team C the other two defenders are released to go in and close down while the other two return to the box in the middle.
A point is scored for a successful lofted pass.
Swap defending team regularly.
