2 variations here. Red without ball for SAQ. Blue with ball... still SAQ, but with some one touch passing. Red is showing two different movements and iterations. The first will just be a quick shuffle to the cone. Then you can do a shuffle around the cone. Feel free to add in a backwards shuffle around the orange cone behind them.
# of players: Keep in mind, while the video has two set ups- its really one ... i just added the second to show two separate things. The number of players is 1-5. If more than 1, then set up more than one triangle of poles.
Coaching points: Short choppy feet, not big steps. Knees bent, athletic position.
Progressions: SAQ, SAQ with ball as shown. Additionally, after a bounce pass you could say a color and they have to take a touch around that pole and then do bounce passes up the line of cones.
