1: equal amount of cones to players
2. 1 player is 'it' and starts away from their cone
3: only 1 player can stand on a cone at once
4: groups aim is to keep moving to cover the free cones so that 'it' player can not find a free cone to stand on
5: obviously every time a player moves to cover another cone, the previous cone they were standing on will become unoccupied, this means a second player must move to cover that cone, the third player must then move to cover the second players cone and so on.
6: coach should start as 'it' and move slowly at first to allow the players to learn the game. Gradually increase the speed then allow other players to start as 'it'.

Sequence 1: Dribble forward and perform any of the skills from circuit
Sequence 2: Dribble forward > turn > pass the second player > movement away from poles > second player plays to first player > first player first touch forward and finish
Sequence 3: Dribble forward > turn > pass the second player > second player plays to first player > first player plays one-two with coach around the corner and finishes
Sequence 4: Dribble forward > turn > pass the second player > second player plays to first player > first player fakes to play around the corner to coach and turns the opposit way and finishes

If there is enough time do 1v1's, otherwise straight into normal Game

Station 1: pisada in and out of all 4 cone, all the way right then all the way left using only left foot. then chip trying to hit a small target in the air. Retrieve ball and repeat but opposite for all right foot.
Station 2: dribble then role with sole inside, finish into goals at the end
Station 3: Dribble with drag back and continue at each line of on cones, finish into goals at the end
Station 4: Juggling
