Island Tag (5 mins)

Rules

Have players partner up to create islands the more spread out the better.

The ratio of island to tagger/runner should be about 6:1

Blue Player is the tagger. 

Black starts as the runner. 

Once tagged you must do a drill or exercise before becoming the tagger. 

If Black players joins an island, player on opposite side is kicked off and becomes the runner.
