Part 1
Each group of three keepers will be rotating station every 3-5 reps
Server will roll ball through the legs of attacker and keeper will try to win the ball before attacker reaches it. This should help the keeper be confident to attacking the ball while another player rushes in applying pressure.

Part 2
Keeper will be facing a dribbler who’s goal is to dribble the ball past the keeper and past the set of cones, onto the white line.
Keepers will rotate out after the third dribbler they face.

Part 3
Split up serving points according to the number of keepers in practice.
Ball will serve the ball through the cones and into the box at which point the attacker will run to try and score on the keeper.
The keeper must decide to go towards ball to try and intercept or stay put and face the shot. Attacker will have 6 seconds to finish play after they take off running.
Be strict with the time, so they don't spend too much time moving around with the ball.
