SET UP AS SHOWN. Players have a ball each. Whites vs blues.
Objective: Blue 1 dribbles unopposed to score in the mini goal. As he scores the white 2 sets off to score whilst blue 1 has to recover across the channels to attempt to intercept.
When that phase of play is complete blue 3 attacks the mini goal whilst white 2 has to recover to defend.

SET UP 20 X 20 GRID. 2 GOALS. Multi ball.
OBJECTIVE: Players face a 1 v 1 challenge in the grid attempting to score. If blues score they must run back to their own goal and touch a post whilst white recover the ball from the net and attack the blue goal immediately.
Progression: 2 v 2, 3 v 3

SET UP 20 X 30 GRID. 9 Players (2 magic men). 1 ball. 2 end zones. 6 gates.
OBJECTIVE: 1 v 1 challenge in the grid. Blues have to pass through a gate to a team mate who has to retain possession to score a point. The players on the perimeter whites are passive in the first phase. Yellows act as magic men (restricted to the end zones).
Progression: Perimeter defenders become active.
Progression: Score double points for a set in the gate.
Progression: Magic men play two touch.
Progression: Perimeter players can step in to create the overload.

SET UP AS SHOWN: Yellow plays into the space in front of goal. White and blue attack the ball and try to score. Yellow joins the white line. Blue joins the yellow line and white joins the blue line. The game naturally rotate around to give all the players a variety of experiences.

OBJECTIVE: D1 plays to A who receives to drive at D2 to try to score. D1 has to recover into position to offer support to D2.
Progression: Rotate players.
