In today's session players will be guided on how to use their physicality to win a 50/50 challenge. There are many times the ball is stationary on the field and it is up to the player's mentality to get to that ball first. If every player has this type of winning the ball mentality they will not be afraid to make that 50/50 challenge. Players will be guided on how to have and execute a 50/50 1st to the ball winning mentality. No player should be shy on physical contact in order to win a 50/50 ball. Players will use their physical attributes, agility, and speed in order to get to the ball first and proceed with the next action to take the ball forward using their 1v1 skill set.
