Instructions:
Ball starts with coach on restarts. Goalkicks can be played as well. Whites look to possess the ball and work it through one of the gates. Red look to regain possession and counter on goal.
Coaching Points:
Quick passing and movement with limited touches on the ball.
CBs open up wide.
Patience.
Switching play.
Quick transition from the outside players.
Create supporting angles to play out from the back. Look to play forward whenever possible but do NOT force play.
Look to play forward when possible to targets.

Whites have added a 6 and can now help triangulate channels to switch the point of attack or break lines. Reds still look to c ounter on goals.

Positive touch forward to take space.
Open hips and backpedal away from ball to see field, not run.
