Technique
Objective: Double Body feint
Area: 20x20 grid.
Equipment 8 markers, 4 cones, 1 ball each
Time: 20 mins
Organisation:
All 4 players will move at the same timing. Players will move and attack a defender (cone) in the middle. He will execute the body feint on the RIGHT - LEFT and push the ball to the RIGHT. If players do it synchronise they will not have trouble banging to each other.
Coaching Points:
AWARENESS
- Look at the distance to the object
- Slow down as you approach.
WHERE TO CONTROL THE BALL
- Keep the ball infront of you
- Always keep at kicking distance to maneuver move
HOW TO CONTROL
- As you approach the defender, slow down
- Drop the shoulder down to the left as if you are running to the side
- Using the outside foot of the right leg, push the ball away from the defender.
- Accelerate on the next touch.

Objective: 1v1 duel
Area: 20x20
Equipment: 2 Goals, 6 markers, supply of balls
Time: 20 mins
Organisation:
Defender will start the play by passing the ball to the attacker.
Attacker to score on any of the 2 goal. Defender job is to win the ball, if he win, he will start the attack towards the goal.
Coaching Points:

- Find space to exploit

Area: Full court.
Equipment: Supply of ball
Time: 20 mins
Organisation:
Learn to switch and attack the other side of the goal using feints to create space.Defending team when lose the ball must come back half way line to defend in their half.

Runner have to stay away from being tagged by defender. If he got tagge, he have to wait for help. Rescue can be done with shout for help and player crawl through the leg.
