Description
In the construction from behind, whoever has possession must move the ball quickly to seek a quick and precise exit using the two players in the side channels.
the defender can take a player to the opposing half by creating a 3 v 3.
when the ball goes out in the 2 lateral channels only one player can go out to win back the ball, (obligatory only the players in the central area can go out pressing in the channel).
The four players in the channels may never leave their zones, but can only play across the channel when in depth seeker possession.
The two attacking players cannot enter the defensive zone
Variant
the two players in the channel in non-possession can press the direct opponent into the channel of competence
an attacking player can return to defense and at the same time a player in the defensive zone must go to the attacking zone
