4v2 rondo

Organization

4 cones to make 12x12 square

4 players on the edge

1-2 defensive player

Instructions

1.  player in either North (N) or South (S) edge of  the square will start with a free pass to teammate 

2. the objective of the game is to penetrate the ball from N to S or S to N for 1 point 

3. defender must press and attempt to win or intercept ball and score on goal

4. player that makes the bad pass will now become the defender

Coaching Points 

-Rondo Three lines of penetration

*Line 3 penetrate direct to target #10 CAM Killer Pass

*Line 2 penetrate around the block

*Line 1 possession/Maintenance line, keep the ball moving quick to stretch and move the other team where we want in order to open lines 2&3.
