Organization :

Instructions :
1. Players work in their groups and recycle to the same line.
2. The activity starts with player 1 dribbling out and shooting from distance.
3. After the shot, player 2 passes to player 1 who sets player 2 to shoot.
4. Player 3 then dribbles down the line and crosses for players 1
and 2 who make runs into the penalty area.
5. The next players in line repeat the process.
6. Play for a set amount of time and then rotate the players starting positions.
Coaching Points :
1. Angle of approach – off center.
2. Head up to observe your target area.
3. Head down at the point of contact.
4. Read visual cues.
Progressions :
Add 1 Central Defender.
Add Full Back to crossing side.

Regular players not allowed to defend neutrals. Neutrals have 3 touch.

Good bending runs that frame the goal.
Other players be ready for second balls.
Progressions :
Only 1 Defender allowed to pressure in the wide area.

Third pass is a (LONG) pass down to player C.
Player A follows pass , and short, short, long patter repeats.

Proper passing technique both on the short and long pass.
