Exercise:
A/B run slalom to get first at zone (1) behind trainer where bal will be dropped. Aim is to take it out of the square to outside zone (2). from the outside zone you can enter D

Goal: 2v1 lead run
Exercise:
(1) A dribbles passive towards C and gets tackled by B (on purpose). B plays back to C and makes length.
(2) Now C tries to reach B for an assist while A becomes an active defender.
(3) If A intercepts > scoring outside (small goals)

ABC or defenders in fix rotation

Exercise:
A launches B, 1 and 2 defend inside, C and D join with smart running lines

(1) A passes B and makes inside/out lead run
(2) B transfers to C and start defensive backrun trough middle
(3) C releases A who plays 1v1 against B (defender)

Exercise:
1/2/3 play around, 3 starts outlet. 1/2/3/4/5 play against ABC and try to score (inside/outside goal)
If ABC intercept, only 1/4/5 (blue) can press and win ball back in midfield
