I completely agree that Rondo-type drills w/laterall movement are much better for Possession than stationary or corner type drills like we tried at the clinic.

Its conditioned 1v1:
River: Defender may move only laterally
Jungle: Defender may move anywhere w/in his side of field.
High Seas: Attacker may attack any goal and Defender may move anywhere on the court in pursuit.

I'd like to introduce stationary moves here performed at coach command prior to entering a "borough" box: standing scissors, stationary stepover and some sort of little toe lateral or 360 movement.
These hopefully lead to three fwd moves (moves to get past defender) here: lunge, stepover, scissors.
Hoping to go over list of moves we hope to teach.
