Play ball across and defend. (Younger groups may start game on a dribble) Attacker attempts to beat the defender and score by dribbling over their endline

If the defender wins the ball, they transition to score over the attackers endline. Switch lines when you are done

15X15 or as needed. Two teams

First two players from each team sprint around cone and back into grid. The coach serves a ball to a team or into the center of the grid for players to go 1v1 to goal. After a goal is scored or the ball leaves the area, both players return to their lines and two new players sprint out and play. Repeat

Line #1 serves Line #2 and defends. Line #2 receives and goes to goal. If Line #1 wins the ball (defender) they score on the goal on the other side. Continue playing if Goalkeeper catches ball
