Red player passes to the red player in the box a touch out there feet left or right then a firm strike on goal. Then the red shooter becomes the defender, and the blue player becomes the shooter
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Keep the shot low
Can we put curl on the shot
Shoot from further back

The box could’ve been a little bit bigger for the attackers Make sure each player has a ball didn’t have enough when I done the session makes it harder. Each player needs a ball.
