1v1 Moves: Changes of Direction
Partner up one ball between two. Player with ball goes to cones and back three times before giving the ball back to partner.
1. Pull-Back

1v1 Change of Direction
Rules
-3 minute games
- Defenders play ball into attackers and defend. If defenders win the ball they score on counter goals. Attackers score by dribbling through Gates.
- Keep track of points
Coaching points: How can you unbalance defender? Can you take a good directional touch? can you use disguise? How should you change direction if defender is tight on you? (protect the ball)

2v2 Flying Changes:
Grid 30x20 yards
Organization: 2 teams of equal players. Both teams starts on endline of their goal. They need
Ball goes in the goal or out of bounds on the defending side and two new players come into the game. Play to 10.
Players start 10 yards from the goal.
-No more than 16 players per game. Make two grids. Team's alternate GK's after every goal is scored on each end.
Coaching Points: Speed of Play, mobility, find seams & turn to shoot.

3v3 to small goals or 4v4 to big goals with sweeper/keeper
Grid: 20x30 yards. Arrival game.
- If ball goes out of bound, first to go and get it, starts with the ball
First to get ball starts with it
- 4v4 with keeper game: alternate GK's after every game.
- 4-5 minute games to ensure high intensity
