Organization:
Approx 15x15 yds area. 3 teams of 4 players.
Yellow Team: Support players (1 per each side of playing area).(4 Balls)
Red Team: Inside area without ball.
Blue Team: Inside area, 1 ball per player.
3 red and 3 blue gates inside of area or as many gates as needed/want
Instructions:
Red: Visit yellows. Receive & pass back.
Yellow: Play into red.
Blue: Dribble through gates (alternate red-blue-red)
All players change roles after 2-3 mins.
Coaching Points:
Red Team - Call out name, requesting ball to be played to feet.
Observe Target - Eye contact
Use inside of foot to pass
Weight of pass - Distance ? Accuraccy?
Think about angles can we see everything going on?
Blue team- Look for space (Drag back? Pull Backs? U -Turns? )
- Small touches keeping ball under control (Laces) (Toe down)
- Be creative - Moves?
- Challenge yourself
Yellow- Be ready to pass ball when called
Receive with inside of the foot and pass with inside of the foot
Pass on eye contact
Weight of pass/. distance
Progressions/ Regressions
P- Left foot only/ Right foot only
P- 1 touch passing outside

Organization:
30x20. 3 teams. 2 teams vs 1 team at a time. Yellow cones in the middle form the defense.
Instructions:
The team protecting the middle grid (Blue) can send one player (or more depending on numbers or difficulty) into the endzones where the (Red team) tries to complete 3 passes before they can look to pass the ball to the other (Yellow team) side of the grid.
If red is successfull, Yellow now tries to do the same. ( 3 Passes and send back to Red).
If Blue steals the ball from red either in the end zone or in the middle zone- Red is now in the middle zone and blue switches with red.
Game will restart from yellow team.
Coaching Points:
- Use inside of foot
- Recognize open areas to pass
- Pass on eye contact
- Don't panic
-Angle to pass in (Use all the space you can)
Progressions/Regressions:
P- reduce amount of touches
P- send more defenders into the zones
P-Make area smaller
R- send less defenders into the zone
R players that are in the middle zonr cannot intercept any passes
R-Make area bigger
R- Start with handball ( Regular Monkey in the middle)

Organization:
1. Divide the group into two, five players on each side 10 yards apart (Distance depends on skill level)
2. Place a cone(s) between the two players,10 yards from player to cone 20 yards overall
3. Place a ball on top of the cone (Or make gates of not enough balls)(Different color gates so players know what gate to aim at)
Instructions:
1. The game is to see how many times a player can (Knock the ball off the cone/ Pass the ball between the gates), using the inside of thier foot.
2. If player a knocks the ball ofthe cone then they replace the ball back on top of the cone while their partner gets ready (Make sure there is NO STALLING if playing timed)
Coaching Points:
1. Head up to observe target
2. Ball contact- middle
3. Ankle locked, toe pointed up
Progressions/Regressions:
P- Make players take a step back (Increase distance)
P- Time each round 1 min to increase engagement ( Make a competiton)
P- Make each gate/cone a league ( If they win they move to the right/ Lose move to the left)
R- Decrease Distance
R-Make 1 side vs another side in timed game and add all scores to see what team won.
